| WA-GESB24013 | GESB transitioned from Level 5 Central Park to L30 David Malcolm Justice Centre [DMJC] in March 2017. As part of the tenancy to the new building, GESB requested 7 car bays but were only allocated three bays. Being the last tenant in the building, GESB was provided with the least suitable car bays resulting in only two bays were available for use. This resulted in GESB having arrange for an additional five bays in close proximity to 28 Barrack Street. Proximity was important to make it easy for our Key Account Managers to access the corporate cars to transport seminar related gear. The only option was to procure 5 bays with Wilson Parking [Kings/Pier St]. This procurement is very similar to a number of government agencies who have offices in the CBD. Since using these bays, our employees have been confronted by undesirables in the car park and one corporate car having also been smeared with human faeces. This arrangement is not safe and as an employer, we are responsible for the safety of our employees. Furthermore, there is limited to no security in the car park and this always makes our staff vulnerable when they are in the car park, especially if they have to come in early or leave late. This arrangement cannot continue. GESB requested for any vacant bays that may come up in the David Malcolm Justice Centre but was unsuccessful. The key criteria was to secure car parking as close as possible the DMJC to enable the Key Account Management to transport seminar related material safely. In meeting the State Government’s commitment to alternative energy and moving away from fossil fuels, GESB has three hybrid cars that require a charging unit. GESB invested $30,000 in installing these units in the Pier Street carpark. Wilson and the City of Perth parking facilities do not provide charging stations and this limits the options for GESB. | Property Australia Management (THE TRUSTEE FOR THE PROPERTY AUSTRALIA MANAGEMENT TRUST) | $68,600 |

| WA-GESB22030 | Background GESB's current intranet facility [the Hive] is on a SharePoint platform which was developed over five years ago. The capability and flexibility of the implementation is unable to meet our business needs. With the changing nature of the workplace with a hybrid model, the need to provide information to staff working remotely is now a key success factor of the new version of the Hive ? referred to as Hive 2.0 Intent GESB is seeking to improve internal communication and collaboration across the business. With GESB staff working from home a minimum of one or two days a week, the intranet becomes a critical tool to provide staff with information and key links to assist in ensuring remote working is as effective and efficient as working in the office. The refreshed GESB Hive will enable employees to easily access important dates visually displayed in calendar format. Intelligent search will allow users to find exactly what they need and suggest results they might not have known existed. An organisational chart and key contacts list will help identify the right people to communicate. The intent is to have a more friendly and intuitive intranet and to provide staff with a full suite of GESB applications and identified external sites. It is also anticipated that the new solution should provide options for staff and GESB to better manage the current hybrid model of working remotely and the ability to look at the office layout and work out where available workstations are on level 30 and book a workstation prior to coming in during the week. The scope of this project will be to transition to a supported and innovative platform that will provide more capability in providing GESB and relevant external information to staff along with providing a better user experience which will result in the HIVE being the source of truth for corporate information. | Velrada (Velrada Capital Pty Ltd) | $99,693 |
