The services will include end to end event management, logistical coordination, facilitation support, stakeholder engagement assistance, and post conference reporting and evaluation. The conference is a national, multi-day hybrid event that will bring together stakeholders across human, animal and environmental health sectors to strengthen collaboration, build capacity and advance the One Health approach in Australia. The successful supplier will work closely with the Australian CDC One Health Unit and the Australian Government One Health Network to deliver a high quality, professionally managed conference while the Australian CDC retains strategic oversight, content ownership and governance responsibility. The successful supplier, in response to the Request for Tender, will demonstrate the following: Proven evidence of providing end-to-end conference management services, including logistics, venue coordination, registration, audiovisual services, online participation, exhibition space, managing concurrent speaker sessions and workshops, speaker support and onsite delivery. Specialist facilitation, reporting and evaluation services, including post-conference summary reporting and evaluation, potentially through an external consultant.
