Brief
The Department is seeking to engage a suitably experienced and qualified supplier for the provision of Host Broadcaster Services for Pre-COP. Host Broadcaster Services are required to provide live and recorded coverage of Pre-COP, the associated Leaders’ Program and Leaders’ visit to Tuvalu, with the dual purpose of providing high quality audio and video material to media and delegates and creating an official record of proceedings. The Host Broadcaster will be required to plan, resource and operationally deliver Host Broadcaster Services and work with the Department and other delivery partners to ensure close integration of required infrastructure and services across the event venues.
