The Commonwealth as represented by Australian Fisheries Management Authority (the Customer) invites tenderers for the provision of monitoring services (the Requirement) as described in this Commonwealth ATM. The purpose of this RFT is to identify market capability, capacity and costs to deliver the Requirement including: a) SBT transfer weighing attendance and monitoring in the SBT Fishery, b) Obtain and maintain equipment and personnel to conduct transfer weighing’s in the SBT Fishery c) Assist with research undertaken, d) Record live and dead SBT, e) Compliance assistance and reporting f) Documentation, reporting and book keeping, g) Deliver briefings, port visits and additional requirements
