Scope of Services: The Public Transport Authority (PTA) is seeking the services of qualified Contractors to provide: grounds maintenance and landscaping; reticulation system maintenance; and tree lopping and pruning, at various sites across its Metropolitan Network . The Contractor is required to maintain PTA landscapes under horticultural best practices to ensure the PTA landscapes are maintained in a vigorous healthy state, within a weed free environment. The Contractor will be required to undertake: 1. Scheduled General Maintenance Services ? programme as agreed between the two parties; and 2. Unscheduled General Maintenance Services - to be performed as and when directed by the PTA Representative. The Contractor shall provide suitably trained personnel fully equipped and self-sufficient to carry out the Services throughout the PTA Metropolitan Network as directed by PTA?s Representatives.
