The State Objectives are to: ensure residents can quarantine in a safe, humane and pleasant environment; ensure the Facility can contain any potential COVID-19 infections, ensuring there are no outbreaks to the wider community; ensure staff are appropriately trained and have the appropriate equipment to ensure residents comply with their quarantine directions; maintain the Facility so it is fit for purpose; enable the State to have appropriate oversight of the Services delivered at the Facility, ensuring the State can clearly monitor the performance of the Service Provider; ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including any directions issued to manage the pandemic; provide a clear understanding to the Service Provider of its rights and obligations; seek to achieve the best value for money outcome for the State; ensure the Service Provider can rapidly commission the Services; and ensure the Service Provider can successfully decommission the Services and transition out when required. | Department of Health (Royal Street) | $12,973,902 |
