| WA-PTA210141RFP2 | The PTA previously issued a public Expressions of Interest (EOI) invitation seeking responses from suitable respondents for the design, build and maintenance of the PTA’s proposed High-Capacity Signalling (HCS) Project (the ‘Project’), in accordance with the PTA’s Project requirements. EOI Respondents were required to complete a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) indicating their response to a series of questions directly related to the PTA’s Project requirements. Evaluation of EOI responses has yielded eligible Proponents for invitation to participate in this RFP selection process. The RFP1 documentation provided an invitation to those Proponents to participate in the RFP selection process. Following the selection of eligible Proponents from the previous EOI stage, the RFP Stage 1 was a further step in the process for selecting the HCS Contractor. The PTA sought Interim Proposals via RFP2 from the Proponents to yield a shortlist of Proponents for the next procurement stage.
