| WA-PTA190006 | Background The PTA requires a Panel of Contractors to maintain Public Transport Authority?s (PTA) metropolitan fire detection, emergency warning and retardant systems in accordance with the Australian Standards, Building Codes and PTA?s requirements. This requires the Contractors to provide qualified and suitably experienced personnel to carry out: Schedule Maintenance Services ? Regularly inspecting, servicing, recording, and maintaining the fire detection, retardant systems and related services; Corrective Services ? Rectifying faults or replace obsolete equipment identified during the regular maintenance tasks; Breakdown Services ? Rectifying faulty equipment caused by either breakdowns, usage or vandalism; Minor Works ? Provide decommissioning, commissioning and improvement services to existing Infrastructure within the contract?s thresholds; and Provide maintenance/inspection schedule, asset register, compliance certifications and status reports. Scope of Services The Contractors shall be required to provide fire detection, emergency warning and retardant systems in accordance with the Australian Standards services throughout PTA?s Metropolitan Rail Network that includes but not limited to: The Public Transport Centre; Perth City Station, Transit Guard Office, Elizabeth Quay and Perth Underground; All Metropolitan stations; Perth Busport; N&I Depots - Claisebrook, Welshpool, Nowergup, Mandurah, Kwinana and Kewdale; and Training centres ? Kwinana and Guildford Metropolitan Railway Stations.
