| WA-GESB23002 | GESB's purpose is to help members achieve a quality retirement by responsibly managing their retirement savings, achieving long term investment objectives and offering relevant support so they can make informed decisions. In order to achieve our purpose we have identified four key strategic objectives, two of which are the main drivers for increasing digital engagement through our digital strategy: Member experience ? provide a positive experience for members when they engage with GESB and in their superannuation, resulting in increased member engagement with their superannuation Efficient and effective operations - value for money products and services. The digital channel is a cost-effective way to engage and service members and deliver on our member communication goals Our vision is to have digital as the main channel used by members to support their information needs, allowing them to easily transact and improve their long-term superannuation benefits. The long-term objective is to use electronic means as the default channel for all communication, moving outbound communications to the digital channel and encouraging inbound queries to self-serve, resulting in member needs being met using cost-effective channels and processes. Member Online In November 2022 GESB introduced an updated version of our secure member account login area, called Member Online. Our Member Online portal is key to achieving our objective of delivering a positive member experience through digital channels. The aim is for Member Online to be the central access point used by members for information, transacting and communication. This can be achieved by enhancing the systems capability, including implementation of an online document centre, form development capability and delivery of more personalised information amongst other functionalities. In order to continue to meet member expectations and deliver on GESB?s digital vision, the system needs to provide these valuable member services as well as be secure, flexible and cost effective. The November 2022 iteration of Member Online provides the basic platform on which GESB will continue to build in order to meet our objective. The site brings together three key providers to deliver a superior member experience: Link: Our outsource administrator who delivers back-end system information to the member-facing front-end functionality via securely delivered application programming interface (APIs) Squiz: Our website provider who delivers the member-facing front end functionality in an accessible and responsive way Okta: Our identity provider who delivers secure member login functionality including password management and multifactor authentication Current functions included in Member Online: Combined dashboard which provides key account information on all held accounts in a glance Account page for each account held, with overview of money in, money out and investment returns, transactions and fees Investment overview which shows the member?s investment plan with key information and change investment plan form Insurance cover overview including insurance variation form Roll in other super form including an overview of moneys rolled in within the last six months Personal details, including the ability to change password and set a multi-factor authentication preference Suggested new/additional functionality: Pension join online ? the ability to open a new retirement income account online Benefit access forms ? ability to initiate withdrawing money from their account Pension page, including payment frequency and the ability to withdraw additional lump sums Online message centre to include eDefault for member communication pieces Proof of identity Moving all forms online Benefit estimate, the ability to prepare an estimate of the member?s account balance based on a particular retirement date Passwordless login Adviser portal This Request for Quote (RFQ) is issued under CUAICTS2021 and ensures that new functionality introduced is designed and developed with the best possible UX in mind.
