The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Block I&P Refurbishment at Murrumba SSC, located at 201/207 Goodfellows Road, Murrumba Downs QLD 4503, as part of the Prioritised Nominated Project (PNP) program. The scope of works includes enclosing the I&P block outdoor areas, new floor coverings, ceilings, electrical works, access doors, walkways, internal painting windows, new operable walls and metal works. Works to be completed by October 2026. Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements: Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1,000,000.00
