The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the Various Maintenance at Eagleby South State School, located at Fryar Road & River Hills Road, Eagleby QLD 4207. The scope comprises various maintenance works to the following buildings; K Block Amenities, N Block Amenities, Preschool Building, P & P2 Building and Ancillary Covered Area. Works include painting, gutter replacements, external painting, internal painting, replacement of handrails. Works are to be completed during term in stages and to be completed by November 2026 Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements: Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1M Submissions close on 16/07/2026 at 3:00pm via email to [email protected]
