2026 -Event Day Public First Aid Services at People First Stadium and Cbus Super Stadium
Stadiums Queensland
Brief
Stadiums Queensland is seeking proposals from suitably qualified companies, organisations and individual operators for the provision of Event Day Public First Aid Services at People First Stadium and Cbus Super Stadium. The successful Proponent will provide the following services: Public First Aid services for events, including sporting events, concerts, functions and other activities conducted at the venue/s as required. Proponents may also, from time to time, be requested to supply staff to provide Event Day Public First Aid Services at other Stadiums Queensland venues on the terms offered. Proponents will need to provide Event Day Public First Aid Services at different times, depending on the specific requirements of each event. Event-specific requirements will be discussed with the successful Proponent for which previously agreed rates of engagement will apply. It is important respondents are aware that events may be conducted on weekdays, weekends and public holidays and during non-business hours. Proponents should be aware that under certain circumstances venue hirers may have the right to employ their own medical, Ambulance and First Aid personnel to perform specific tasks, for example Player or VIP First Aid. In such limited circumstances, the Event Day Public First Aid Services of the successful Proponent may not be required or alternatively, Proponents may be required to work with third parties in providing First Aid Services. Variations can be expected in the Event Day Public First Aid services required, as demand will be directly influenced by the extent and nature of venue use by hirers/clients, e.g. sporting events, concerts, functions. SQ does not warrant any minimum volume of work for the selected proponent. Interested parties should request a copy of the Invitation documentation via email ([email protected]) by no later than 1.00pm Monday, 6 July 2026. Final submissions close 11.00am (AEST) Monday, 10 August 2026 via VendorPanel. Proponents are to submit their proposal in one (1) pdf document that incorporates all aspects of their submission.
