Events Resources for South Bank Precinct

Brief

We are seeking to engage one or more suppliers to provide event resourcing services to support the delivery of events across the precinct. This includes supplying appropriately trained and qualified personnel for roles across three (3) categories: Category 1: Front-of-house staff including ushers, ticketing staff, customer service personnel, queue management, supervisors, hospitality staff and similar roles Category 2: Production and back-of-house crew including stagehands, technical crew, riggers, equipment operators and other event support roles Category 3: Hospitality Staff The supplier(s) will be expected to provide staff who are: Suitably trained, qualified and compliant with safety requirements Professional and customer-focused Able to integrate with South Bank’s processes and standards Available to support a range of event types throughout the year. Suppliers may submit a response for one or more categories, where they have the capability and capacity to provide resources and services within that category. South Bank Corporation’s may consider appointing a single supplier across all categories where they can demonstrate strong capability, capacity and experience across the full scope.
