The Department of Education (DoE) is inviting tenders for the demolition of the pool grandstand at Eagle Junction SS. This tender is for a principal contractor to undertake the entire scope of works. The contractor must deliver a solution that reflects the school’s vision while meeting all applicable building codes, Australian Standards, and DoE guidelines. The works include the demolition and removal of the existing pool grandstand and reinstatement of the area with a new concrete surface. Contractors are to provide an optional price for the supply and installation of a prefabricated (“off-the-shelf”) grandstand suitable for the available space and school requirements, and compliant with relevant standards. Tenderers must hold the following licences and insurances, with proof to be provided upon request: QBCC Licence Professional Indemnity Insurance (to value of $1 million in accordance with the contract) Public Liability Insurance WorkCover Insurance Site Inspection – Tuesday 26th of May @ 9:00am.
