NOTICE OF UPCOMING TENDER: Energy Queensland Limited (EQL) anticipates releasing a Request for Tender (RFT) via SAP Ariba in early to mid-June 2026, for the Provision of Facilities Management (FM) Soft Services (Doc100175318). BACKGROUND AND SCOPE: Please refer to the attached document: Scope Summary – Facilities Management.docx. EQL has a diverse and extensive property portfolio including corporate offices, depots, substations, residential properties, commercial and industrial properties, telecommunication sites, vacant land, and isolated power generation stations. The delivery of FM services is essential to maintain the reliable and efficient operation of these properties, in support of core business and critical network functions. EQL wish to make it very clear to interested parties, it is seeking the services of a single contractor that can deliver and manage delivery of the full scope of FM Soft Services as outlined in the Scope Summary document, across all Energy Queensland sites. The key service offerings of the scope are: Management Services, Cleaning and Consumables, Grounds Maintenance, General Services including Pest Control, and Waste Management. Tenderer’s that cannot demonstrate their experience and ability to provide the full scope of FM Soft Services, will not satisfy technical compliance requirements. Offers are sought from highly experienced Tenderers capable of providing and managing the full suite of FM Soft Services across Energy Queensland’s statewide property footprint. Mobilisation, Transition-in and Service Commencement for Soft Services are planned for Q1 of 2027. EQL may seek information from Tenderers regarding their capability, experience and capacity to deliver FM Hard Services. Any such information is required for capability assessment, risk evaluation, service integration considerations and future procurement planning purposes only and does not form part of the scope of services to be awarded under this RFT, which is limited to FM Soft Services unless expressly stated otherwise. The submission or evaluation of such information will not obligate EQL to procure FM Hard Services from any Tenderer, and any future procurement of FM Hard Services will be subject to applicable procurement approvals and requirements.. REGISTER TO PARTICIPATE: Tenderers who wish to submit a response need to be registered as a Supplier on SAP Ariba. Tenderers who are not already registered in Energy Queensland’s realm in SAP Ariba will be required to register their interest by sending an email to the Contact Officer, [email protected]. The email subject should contain the event title “Facilities Management (Soft Services)” and in the email please provide the following information: Business legal entity name (as displayed in the ABN lookup) ABN Registered business street address Contact name Note: the contact person needs to be someone within the business that has authority to provide financial data (such as bank account details). Other contacts/users can be added by this authorised Contact once registration is completed. Contact phone number Contact email address Once the event has been published, Tenderers will receive an email to access the EQL SAP Ariba realm via a link contained in the email notification. Please note this link will expire within 24 hours. Tenderers must accept the Prerequisite Bidder Agreement under the ‘Review and Accept Prerequisites’ tab to ensure all system generated notifications are received. This includes, but is not limited to, Content updates and changes to Event Timing. If the Tenderer elects to submit a response, they must do so using SAP Ariba only. Submissions provided via email or VendorPanel will not be considered for evaluation. Tenderers are encouraged to read all relevant SAP Ariba documentation located at https://www.energyq.com.au/suppliers. A mandatory Tender Information Session will be conducted online, approximately one week after tender release, with details to be advised once the tender dates are confirmed.
