CEQ ROAD FREIGHT TENDER, FACILITATION

Brief

The provision of an external procurement facilitator to manage the freight tender process, coordinate evaluations, and support the organisation through to contract execution for Community Enterprise Queensland (CEQ). The tender facilitator will lead the preparation and initiation of a comprehensive road freight tender that clearly defines service expectations, embeds measurable KPIs and establishes a framework capable of adapting as our logistics needs evolve. This work will strengthen the efficiency, resilience and long-term performance of our freight operations, supporting the organisation’s broader focus on operational optimisation. Our road freight network includes Cape store deliveries from Cairns to Doomadgee, Kowanyama, Pormpuraaw, Wujal Wujal and Lucinda. The network also includes local Cairns freight movements and the Brisbane to Cairns linehaul component, which may be tendered as a separate package depending on market response and operational requirements.
