NAAS Commercial Project Management Office (C-PMO) - Invitation to Tender

Brief

This ITO seeks Offers from suitably qualified and experienced Suppliers for the provision of a Project Management Office to manage the delivery of the National Automated Access System (NAAS). The Department of Transport and Main Roads (TMR) is acting on behalf of the national effort for the NAAS Program. The outcome of this sourcing activity is for the benefit of all jurisdictions supporting the NAAS. This procurement seeks an experienced commercial provider capable of managing a complex, software enabled national program, maintaining continuity during transition, and providing the governance, reporting and assurance required to support confident decision-making by national oversight bodies. The CPMO will play a critical role in strengthening governance, stabilising delivery, improving transparency, and enabling NAAS to realise its intended national benefits at scale.
