UniSC2644 EOI - Payroll, Time Sheeting and Position Management Solution

Brief

The University of the Sunshine Coast (UniSC) wishes to invite suitably qualified and experienced vendors for the supply, implementation, and ongoing support of a modern, integrated Payroll system. The proposed solution must align with UniSC’s broader Human Capital Management (HCM) ecosystem and support a complex workforce comprising professional staff, academics, casuals, contractors, and contingent workers. This EOI, the first of a two staged process, is informed by a set of business requirements covering Payroll, Time and Attendance, Leave Management, and integration with core HCM functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee data management, and workforce management.
