The Queensland Government is seeking proposals from appropriately licenced building contractors for TOWNSVILLE CORRECTIONAL CENTRE (WOMEN’S & MEN’S), 22 DWYER STREET, TOWNSVILLE QLD 4811 to Principal Contractor for Modular Buildings (Design, Manufacture, Delivery, Site Works & Install). All tenderers must hold QBCC Builders Licence. Professional Indemnity Insurance - $1 million Public Liability Insurance - $20 million Pricing 60%, Non Price Criteria 40% (Methodology and Program, Key Personnel, Design and Construct Capability, Support for Social Enterprises and Inclusive Employment Practices) MANDATORY TENDER BRIEFING has been scheduled for 2pm, Wednesday 13 May 2026.
