Brief
The objective of this tender is to engage a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to deliver targeted infrastructure upgrades at Building ROK356 that enhance safety, functionality, and long-term asset performance. The works are focused on addressing key operational risks associated with livestock handling activities and improving the condition and reliability of existing building elements. The scope has been structured to prioritise practical, compliant, and cost-effective solutions that align with current standards and support ongoing site operations with minimal disruption.
