Brief

South Bank Corporation (the Principal) is a Queensland Government statutory corporation that oversees the development and management of the South Bank Corporation Area as defined in the South Bank Corporation Act 1989 (Qld). South Bank Corporation invites you to submit your responses to this RFQ. The Contract Principal will be South Bank Corporation (SBC) and works delivered by the Principal's Representative, Legends Global (BCEC management). This open Request for Quote (RFQ) includes, but not is not limited to: investigation, assessment and remediation of identified defects, including concrete spalling, structural cracking and settlement and corrosion of structural steel elements within the nominated areas of the precinct. SBC has defined the specifications of the Works to include detailed inspection and investigation, identification of root causes and implementation of appropriate repair methodologies for concrete, masonry and steel elements, including reinstatement of protective coatings and treatments to ensure durability and ongoing performance. Annexure B of the Scope of Works provides detailed descriptions of the defects and proposed methodologies in a technical memorandum prepared by ARUP Group.
