The Department of the Environment, Tourism, Science and Innovation, Queensland Parks and Wildlife Service (QPWS) invite suitably qualified suppliers to submit an offer for the P253615 - Springbrook NP - Settlement/Purling Brook Precinct – Principal Contractor project. QPWS is delivering priority visitor infrastructure upgrades at Springbrook National Park under the Queensland Destination 2045 framework, which aims to enhance iconic nature-based visitor experiences while protecting World Heritage values. This procurement seeks a Principal Contractor to deliver new and upgraded accessible visitor facilities, improved lookouts and walking tracks, expanded parking, and a cable-stay suspension bridge to support safe access, inclusive recreation, and long-term sustainable visitation. This is a Prequalification (PQC) System project. Tenderers must be on the relevant PQC list by the Tender Closing Date and Time.
