Brief
Mount Isa Water Board (MIWB) is seeking a suitably qualified Supplier to provide SCADA system support, maintenance, and engineering services for its control systems and telemetry infrastructure across multiple operational sites. The required services include, but are not limited to: Ongoing operational support for SCADA, PLC and telemetry systems Fault diagnosis, incident response, and system optimization Preventative and programmed maintenance activities Support for system upgrades, enhancements, and integration activities Cyber security support and compliance for operational technology environments Engineering advisory and technical documentation services The services will support a geographically dispersed network of water infrastructure assets, including remote sites connected via telemetry and communications networks. The Contract is expected to commence in May 2026, with services delivered on an ongoing basis throughout the Contract Term. Suppliers must be capable of providing a combination of remote support and on-site services, including attendance at MIWB sites in Mount Isa and surrounding areas as required. This Request is intended for Suppliers with demonstrated experience in SCADA systems, industrial automation, and operational technology environments, particularly within utilities or critical infrastructure sectors.
