Nexus Activation - Noise Barrier

Brief

As the Principal, the Port’s requirements under this Scope of Work are for the design and construction of a physical barrier to reduce operational sound transmission from Nexus Park to adjacent residential areas and improve community amenity. Time and access constraints will apply due to operational working hours and the need to maintain safe, uninterrupted port operations, which are addressed further in this document. The Contractor will be required to provide an innovative and constructible design that responds to existing ground conditions, the site constraints and the need to avoid adverse impacts on the location, its users and the appearance of the finished works.
