Gladstone Exclusive Harbour Towage Licence (EHTL)

Brief

Gladstone Ports Corporation (GPC) is seeking Tenders for the award of an Exclusive Harbour Towage Licence (EHTL) at the Port of Gladstone which will deliver safe, reliable and efficient towage operations, ensure continuity of service, minimise costs to port users, and will meet GPC’s technical and environmental requirements. As a pre-requisite to participation in the Towage Procurement process and prior to receipt of the ITT Package, GPC requires that all Bidders enter into a Confidentiality Deed Poll. Please arrange for the Confidentiality Deed Poll set out in Annexure A to be validly signed and returned to GPC via email to the following contact within 5 Business Days Stephen Parr [email protected] Failure to return a signed Confidentiality Deed Poll (in the form set out in Annexure A) within this timeframe may result in GPC excluding your organisation from continued participation in the Invitation to Tender process. The ITT Package will be made available via a separate invitation on the Queensland Procurement Solution on 27th March 2026 (to those Bidders that have returned a signed Confidentiality Deed Poll)
