Queensland Government Procurement, Department of Housing and Public Works (HPW) is seeking Applications for becoming a preferred supplier on the Whole-of Government Preferred Supplier Panel (PSP) QGP0075-21 Market and social research services. The primary objective of this ITA is to invite Applications from new suppliers to join the panel. This process is not a reflection of the performance or value of our current panel members. Rather, it is about ensuring the panel has the capacity, diversity, and specialised expertise required to meet the varied and changing needs of Eligible Customers. Expanding the panel also aligns with the Queensland Government’s procurement policies and its commitment to fostering a competitive and inclusive supplier market. Suppliers under the current QGP0075-21 panel remain unchanged, and no action is required. IN SCOPE This is a targeted refresh for Market Research suppliers who: Provide Quantitative and/or Qualitative research services, including: research design methodology conducting research data and/or statistical analysis producing reports developing recommendations Provide the following market research activities: Advertising (pre- and post-testing, and tracking) Audience evaluation Brand and communication Community attitudes (NOTE: Suppliers can also nominate for other market and social research activities). Meet the following eligibility requirements: have an Australian Business Number (ABN) (must be registered for GST) or Australian Company Number (ACN) (where applicable) are insured for, or are willing to obtain, Public Liability for at least $10 million are insured for, or are willing to obtain, Professional Indemnity for at least $5 million are insured for Workers' Compensation as required by law maintain financial viability and have the financial capability to meet their obligations under the preferred supplier panel (PSP) are capable of presenting a topic or case study within 48 hours in response to a written request are able to meet key performance indicators (refer attachment Part B PSP Deed, Schedule 3) FURTHER DETAILS For details about this opportunity, please download the ITA documentation, including assessment criteria and details on how to submit an Application.
