The following revised documents have been issued on 18 March 2026 and are now available via VendorPanel: • Generic W1B RFQ 109936-W1B – Revised Schedule 10 Product List This document replaces the previous Generic W1B RFQ 109936-W1B –Schedule 10 Product List, which has been removed from VendorPanel. The revised version corrects identified discrepancies, including form and pack size details. • Generic RFQ – W1B FAQs This document addresses common supplier queries received to date and provides clarification to support the response process. Suppliers are reminded that all communication regarding this RFQ must be submitted via the VendorPanel messaging function. Direct contact with Queensland Health staff outside of this channel may constitute a probity breach. Please note: Submissions must be lodged via VendorPanel by the specified closing date and time. Late submissions may not be accepted. Previous versions of the documents have been superseded and must not be used. All responses must be completed using the Generic W1B RFQ document set. The purpose of this Request for Quote (RFQ) is to establish suitable supply arrangements for generic pharmaceutical products as detailed in the RFQ documentation attached to this submission. Respondents are requested to carefully review all attached documents, including the Specification, Pricing Schedule, and Conditions of Offer, and ensure that submissions are complete and compliant with the stated requirements.
