Details of the site inspection will be advised in the email and letters to tenderers. The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a new Prep Outdoor Learning Area at Helensvale SS, located at 8 Lindfield Rd, Helensvale QLD 4212. The works comprise of landscaping, hardscaping, retaining walls and play structure install. All works are to be completed by August 2026. Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements: Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1M Submissions close on 26/03/2026 at 3:00pm via email to [email protected]
