Outsourced Hard Facilities Maintenance Services

Brief

Children’s Health Queensland (CHQ) invites Suppliers to provide Outsourced Hard Facilities Management Services for CHQ under Invitation to Offer No. CHQ 139 2025. The Services include the delivery of day to day Building Engineering Maintenance Services for maintained assets and equipment and provision of a first response to all Hard FM faults, as set out in Part B and Schedule 6 Service Specifications. Delivery of Hard FM services, including routine building engineering maintenance, first response to Hard FM faults, and coordination with CHQ’s Hard FM arrangements as outlined in Schedule 6 and Appendix G. Invitation issued 25 February 2026, mandatory briefing and site visit 11 March 2026, questions close 14 April 2026 at 2.00pm AEST, offers close 22 April 2026 at 2.00pm AEST, and intended Contract start 1 March 2027. Services delivered onsite across CHQ facilities including the Queensland Children’s Hospital. Remote delivery is not suitable due to required onsite maintenance and response activities.
