Thermographic Inspections of Low Voltage Pillars

BACKGROUND EQL has an ongoing requirement to engage a Contractor for the timely provision of thermographic inspections of low-voltage pillars throughout Queensland. A detailed scope can be found in the WCS49 attached. However please note that this document is under review. The aim of this procurement activity is to establish a contractual arrangement with ONE SUPPLIER for whole of Queensland starting 1/06/2026. This activity will be open to the market on or around 3/03/2026. INSTRUCTIONS Tenderers are required to register with SAP Ariba to participate in this procurement process. To register your interest in participating: Send an email to [email protected], quoting Doc94413657 in the subject of your email and including the following details: business name, postal address, ABN, contact name and email address. Note: The Ariba system does not recognise Yahoo, Hotmail or Gmail email domains so plan accordingly when supplying contact email addresses. Tenderers must accept the prerequisite Bidder Agreement under the ‘Review and Accept Prerequisites’ tab to ensure all system generated notifications are received. This includes, but is not limited to, content updates and changes to event timing. If the Tenderer elects to submit a response they must do so using EQL’s online tendering tool (SAP Ariba).
