QED 6070 - Weller Hill State School - T Block painting

Brief

The Department of Education (DoE) is inviting tenders for the design and construction (D&C) of the T Block Painting project at Wellers Hill State School. This tender is for a principal contractor to undertake the entire scope of works. The project scope includes a full external and internal painting to Block T and helping the school with decanting/recanting. Works are to commence in April school holidays with the internal painting of the GLAs to be completed prior to school returning for Term 2. The appointed principal contractor will be responsible for the full scope of works including design and obtaining the relevant certifications. The contractor must deliver a solution that reflects the school’s vision while meeting all applicable building codes, Australian Standards, and DoE guidelines. Tenderers must hold the following licences and insurances, with proof to be provided upon request: ? QBCC Licence ? Public Liability Insurance ?
