FORWARD PROCUREMENT NOTICE – ADVICE ONLY - THIS NOTICE DOES NOT CONTAIN ANY DOCUMENTS Market and Social Research Panel Opportunity This Forward Procurement Notice is to advise Queensland Government Procurement, Department of Housing and Public Works (HPW) intends to approach the market via an Invitation to Apply (ITA) process as part of a targeted refresh to the Whole-of Government Preferred Supply Panel (PSP) QGP0075-21 Market and social research services. It is anticipated the targeted refresh ITA will be released in early March 2026, via a separate notice on the Queensland Procurement Solution. The QGP0075-21 Market and Social Research Services Preferred Supplier Panel (PSP) commenced on 15 November 2021 and is currently scheduled to expire on 30 June 2029, with an optional one-year extension. The PSP is accessible to a range of Queensland Government agencies and other eligible entities (Eligible Customers) to obtain quotes for required services. The PSP (QGP0075-21) has been designed to provide flexibility in engaging and managing market and social research services, supporting the Queensland Government’s commitment to evidence-based decision-making. As outlined in the original Invitation to Apply document, this process reflects the Queensland Government’s dedication to maintaining a competitive, diverse, and capable supplier base that can meet the evolving needs of its customers. It is important to note that this process does not reflect on the performance or value of the current panel members. Instead, it aims to ensure the panel has the capacity, diversity, and specialised expertise required to address the varied and changing needs of Eligible Customers. Expanding the panel also aligns with the Queensland Government’s procurement policies and its commitment to fostering a competitive and inclusive supplier market. SUPPLIERS UNDER THE CURRENT QGP0075-21 PANEL REMAIN UNCHANGED, AND NO ACTION IS REQUIRED. The Queensland Government Arrangements Directory (qgad.epw.qld.gov.au) contains a list of current suppliers- search QGP0075-21. The ITA will seek offers from Suppliers possessing the capabilities, capacity, and experience to considered for inclusion as a Preferred supplier for one or more of the following market research activities: Advertising (pre- and post-testing, and tracking) Audience evaluation Brand and communication Community attitudes (Suppliers can also nominate for other market and social research activities) In addition, suppliers must be able to: A) Provide Quantitative and/or Qualitative research services, including: research design methodology conducting research data and/or statistical analysis producing reports developing recommendations And B) Meet the following eligibility requirements: have an Australian Business Number (ABN) (must be registered for GST) or Australian Company Number (ACN) (where applicable) are insured for, or are willing to obtain, Public Liability for at least $10 million are insured for, or are willing to obtain, Professional Indemnity for at least $5 million are insured for Workers' Compensation as required by law maintain financial viability and have the financial capability to meet their obligations under the PSP are capable of presenting a topic or case study within 48 hours in response to a written request are able to meet contractual Key Performance Indicators THIS FORWARD NOTICE DOES NOT CONTAIN ANY DOCUMENTS.
