Brief
The purpose of the Invitation to Offer (ITO) is to provide Whole of Government eligible customers with a quality Brokerage Service that achieves the required relocation outcomes for all employees. This Service will range from determining relocation requirements to sourcing the removalists, to measuring employees’ satisfaction upon completion of the moves. The requirements for employee relocations vary according to each eligible customers policies, employment contracts and personal circumstances of each employee. Many eligible customers have established policies or guidelines for employee relocations, including volume limits, total cost caps and specifications listing inclusions and exclusions per employee. Request for employee relocations may include: (a) relocation of all furniture and House-Hold Goods (HHG) / personal effects; (b) relocation of 1 private vehicle and or any three of the following: (i) second private vehicle (ii) motor cycle, (iii) boat and trailer unit and or (iv) caravan and domestic trailers; (c) relocation of pets and plants in pots or boxes; (d) short and / or long-term storage needs for all furniture and HHG / personal effects.
