The Department of Education (DoE) is inviting tenders for the design and construction (D&C) of the Painting project at Graceville State School. This tender is for a principal contractor to undertake the entire scope of works. The project scope includes internal painting to Block D, E, F & M, external painting to southern elevation of Admin Block and internal paint to the Strive Room and installation of new vinyl flooring in the Admin area. Works are to commence in April school holidays and be delivered in stages that is minimal disruption to the school. The appointed principal contractor will be responsible for the full scope of works including design and obtaining the relevant certifications. The contractor must deliver a solution that reflects the school's vision while meeting all applicable building codes, Australian Standards and DoE guidelines. Tenderers must hold the following licences and insurances, with proof to be provided upon request: QBCC licence Professional Indemnity Insurance (to value of $1 million in accordance with the contract) Public Liability Insurance WorkCover Insurance Submission closes on Wednesday 11 March 2026 @ 10am via email to [email protected].
