Queensland Rail is seeking submissions from suitably qualified suppliers for the provision of a Yard Management System (YMS) under the Queensland Information Technology Contracting (QITC) Framework. The solution may be delivered as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), licensed software, or developed software, with associated services such as implementation, configuration, integration, testing, technical documentation and ongoing support. The project includes the delivery of functional and non-functional capabilities for yard planning, stabling management, operational visibility, integrations with existing QR systems, and support for day-of-operations activities. Services may be delivered remotely or on-site as required, with the primary delivery and systems environment located in Queensland, Australia.
