Brief
The Department of Education is establishing a new Preferred Supplier Panel (PSP) for the Provision of Queensland School Uniforms that will replace DETSOA-78764. This arrangement will be established as a common use supply arrangement and will be mandatory for use by Queensland state schools. The Closing date for Offers is 13 March 2026, 2:00pm AEST. A Supplier briefing session is scheduled to be held at 11:00am (AEST), 11 February 2026 via Microsoft Teams. Suppliers must register to attend this briefing session by emailing the Principal's Contact Person nominated by 5:00pm (AEST), Monday 9 February listing the names of those Supplier representatives attending. Only registered Suppliers will be emailed the Microsoft Teams meeting details to join the online briefing session.
