The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Outdoor Learning Area at Miami State High School, located at 2137/2205 Gold Coast Highway, Miami QLD 4220, as part of the Smart School Subsidy (SSS) program. The works involve the construction of a new outdoor learning area, including demolition and site preparation, earthworks and drainage, concrete pavements, ramps and retaining walls, landscape works including planting, turf and artificial surfaces, and installation of external furniture, handrails and associated finishes. All works are to be completed by June 2025. Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements: Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1MIL Submissions close on 20/02/2026 at 3:00pm via email to [email protected]
