Brief
Contractors are invited to tender for the provision of bus stops and associated pedestrian accessibility upgrades along Burleigh Connection Road and at Varsity Lakes train station. Site 2 - West Burleigh Road, CH 1250 to 1450 (intersection with Dunlin Drive) Site 3 – West Burleigh Road, CH 310 to 440 (intersection with Stanley Street) Site 4 – Reedy Creek Road, CH 3350 to 3560 (intersections with Executive Drive and Southport Burleigh Road) Site 5 – Station Parade existing bus layby adjacent to southbound lane Note: Site 1 has been removed from the scope of construction. Tenderers are advised that documents are only available to prequalified contractors approved with TMR to R3, F10, A2 or higher. Please note that the Queensland Government Code of Practice for the Building and Construction Industry, Queensland Charter for Local Content and the Queensland Procurement Policy (QPP) 2026 applies to this project.
