Children’s Health Queensland Hospital and Health Service require construction services for the Level 5 Retrieval Room Upgrade at Queensland Children’s Hospital, South Brisbane. Refurbishment and reconfiguration of existing spaces on Level 5, including: Creation of a quiet room from part of the Multi-Faith Space Extension and refurbishment of the Store Retrievals room Relocation of kitchen joinery and “Billi” tap Architectural fit-out, joinery, finishes Mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic services modifications Technology integration and compliance testing Delivery in a live hospital environment with hoarding, infection control, and safe access maintained Expected timing: Tender closes: 13 February 2026, 2:00 PM Mandatory site visit: 28 January 2026, 10:00 AM Preferred completion: 30 June 2026 Location of delivery: Queensland Children’s Hospital, 501 Stanley Street, South Brisbane, QLD.
