The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Prep OLA at Strathpine SS, located at Don Court, Strathpine QLD 4500, as part of the Targeted (TARGETED) program. The OLA contains sandpit, playground, nature play, sandstone seating and turfed areas including new fencing to the prep area. The position of the building is at the back of the school with reasonable site access and working space. All works are to be completed by May 2026. Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements: Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $1,000,000.00 QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project.
