The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Hair & Beauty Salon at Kingston State College, located at 62-84 Bega Road, Kingston QLD 4114, as part of a School Direct Funded (DIRECT) program. The scope comprises refurbishing the Art Building to create a new dedicated Hair Salon and Beauty Salon which will be used for training certificate courses at Kingston State College. Works include asbestos removal, new walls, doors, entries, plumbing, joinery, flooring works, electrical. Works are to be complete for 30 June 2026. Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements: Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1M Submissions close on 05/02/2026 at 3:00pm via email to [email protected]
