BCEC Roof Access Anchor and Anchor Points

Brief

This project involves the design, certification, and installation of a new anchor point system to support safe access to roof areas in line with the Australian standards. The appointed contractor will be responsible for developing a compliant design that meets all relevant safety and engineering standards, installing the anchor points and associated components, and providing all required documentation. This includes a detailed roof access map identifying the location of each anchor point location. The new system will enable safe controlled and efficient access for contractors undertaking the upcoming roof recoating works and ongoing maintenance activities, ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with applicable height-safety requirements
