FORWARD PROCUREMENT NOTICE – ADVICE ONLY This Forward Procurement Notice is to advise Queensland Government Procurement, Department of Housing and Public Works (DHPW) will be issuing an Invitation to Offer (ITO) in the first quarter of 2026 seeking offers for the establishment of a whole of government Legal Services Common Use Supply Arrangement (CUSA). The ITO will be released via a separate notice on the Queensland Procurement Solution in the first quarter of 2026. No further information regarding this opportunity, other than this notice, will be provided until the release of the ITO. Any questions submitted through VendorPanel in relation to this notice will not be answered. Suppliers will be able to submit questions when the ITO is released in 2026. The CUSA will have multiple suppliers and each supplier will enter into an agreement with DHPW to provide the services. The CUSA will commence in 2026 for an eight (8) year term, finishing in 2034. Suppliers should note that this term includes scheduled supplier reviews including onboarding and offboarding opportunities and a regular pricing review mechanism. The ITO will be conducted in accordance with the Queensland Procurement Policy 2026 and the five pillars of public procurement. DHPW will be issuing the ITO with the objectives of: Establishing a whole of Government CUSA for Eligible Buyers to engage Suppliers to provide legal services. Enabling Eligible Buyers to procure legal services in an efficient and effective manner. Ensuring Eligible Buyers have access to qualified Suppliers and legal services. Achieving value for money. Managing Supplier performance and expenditure more effectively.
