FORWARD PROCUREMENT PLAN (ITO expected release 13 January 2026) ***DO NOT RESPOND TO THIS FORWARD PROCUREMENT PLAN*** The QPS seeks a capable supplier to ensure secure aircraft fuel delivery, transparency in pricing, and clear asset management obligations. The outcome of the procurement activity will see a Contract established that ensure reliable service delivery of Jet A1 fuel across all QGAir bases and operational locations through supplier-managed refuelling arrangements: Deliver fuel availability at base locations by providing appropriate service models (e.g. into-aircraft refuelling, on-site facilities, or alternative solutions) supported by enforceable SLAs. Provide scalable refuelling solutions for regional and remote locations, ensuring accessibility, after-hours capacity, and contingency measures are clearly defined by the supplier.
