Provision of Vehicle Fitout and Associated Equipment and Services

Brief

The State of Queensland (acting through the Queensland Police Service (QPS)) is seeking suppliers for the provision of Vehicle Fit-Out and Associated Equipment and Services. The intent is to strategically engage multiple suppliers under a single Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA), with each offering one or more categories. This approach seeks to: (1) Establish a pool of pre-qualified suppliers with the expertise and capability to provide vehicle fit-outs, manufacturing, equipment, and related services for the QPS both from an end-to-end and standalone basis. (2) Support the Fleet Services Group (FSG) aim to attract a broad range of market suppliers to meet the growing demand for frontline vehicles while ensuring all engaged suppliers operate under the Queensland Government’s SOA terms and conditions. (3) Allows for the inclusion of new supplier offers as products and services evolve or as QPS operational requirements change. Suppliers are invited to make a formal offer on one (1) or more categories and geographical locations across Queensland. The SOA may be used by other Queensland Government departments, agencies and statutory bodies.
