Brief

CQ University (CQU) invites tenders from suitably qualified, registered, and experienced Contractors and their affiliated/associated subcontractors to undertake design, construction, and landscaping works at our Gladstone Marina campus. The project involves upgrading the existing courtyard in Building 1 to enhance the space for student breakout and lunch use. The current courtyard presents several issues, including trip hazards, insufficient shade and weather protection, and a lack of suitable seating. To address these concerns and improve the functionality of the external space, the proposed scope of works includes the installation of a shading structure, removal of the existing pavers and garden beds, construction of a new concrete slab, and installation of new picnic tables.
