Expression of Interest - D&C - Bundaberg Greyhound Track Conversion Project

Brief

Racing Queensland (RQ) requests Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced Principal Contractors for the Bundaberg Greyhound Track Conversion Project. RQ is seeking a single Principal Contractor responsible for delivering the entire design and construct scope, including completing the design, track conversion works, civil works, systems and technology installations, compliance obligations, and all associated activities required to deliver the project. A detailed EOI document and Scope of Works are attached for reference. This EOI forms part of a three-stage procurement process, comprising: 1) EOI Submission 2) Mandatory Contractor Briefing (January 2026, date TBC) 3) Formal Tender (expected January–February 2026) Contractors must provide the information and supporting documents outlined in Section 5 of the EOI to be considered. Registrations without the required information will not be assessed. Please note: This is a prequalification and shortlisting process, not a pricing submission. Contractors should provide high-level responses only at this stage. Participation in this EOI does not guarantee progression to subsequent stages.
