The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a Amenities at Sunshine Beach SHS, located at 45 Ben Lexcen Drive, Sunshine Beach QLD 4567, as part of the Targeted (TARGETED) program. The refurbishment of the existing amenities comprises of but not limited to new cubicles, fixtures and fittings, ceilings, screens, floors etc. The position of the building is at the back of the school with limited site access and working space. All works are to be completed by March 2026. Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements: Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000.00 QBCC Licensing and Professional Indemnity Insurance It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract. Submissions close on 12/12/2025 at 3:00pm via email to [email protected]
