Queensland Health is inviting Private Health Facilities to join the Surgery Connect program through a standing offer arrangement. Surgery Connect facilitates outsourcing public patients needing elective surgery and endoscopy services to the private sector. What we need: Elective surgery and procedures across multiple specialties (orthopaedic, ophthalmology, general surgery, gynaecology, ENT, urology, plastic surgery, gastroenterology, and more). Delivery of patient care through admission, discharge and up to 90 days follow-up. Key details: • Arrangement term: 3 years + 2 optional 2-year extensions. • Start date: 1 July 2026. • Payment: Bundled case payments for predictable pricing based on diagnosis-related groups (DRG).
