Notice of the upcoming tender for the manufacture and supply of cable-handling trailers and accessories – Doc88299667 Energy Queensland Limited (EQL) anticipates releasing a Request for Tender (RFT) via SAP Ariba on or around 2nd of December 2025. Background and Context EQL is responsible for 247,293km of overhead and underground network over an area of 1.7 million km². To support the operation of the network, EQL operates a fleet of cable trailers / plant in a wide variety of sizes and configurations to safely load and transport cable drums to even the most remote locations. The purpose of this RFT is to select a range of capable and experienced suppliers under an arrangement for the manufacture and supply of these cable-handling trailers. Note: the Specification is still in draft but attached for your convenience. Key dates: RFT release date: early December 2025 in SAP Ariba. Last day for request for clarifications: 23 January 2026. Please note this link will expire within 24 hours. Tenderers must accept the prerequisite Bidder Agreement under the ‘Review and Accept Prerequisites’ tab to ensure all system generated notifications are received. This includes, but is not limited to, Content updates and changes to Event Timing. If the Tenderer elects to submit a response they must do so using EQL’s online tendering tool (SAP Ariba) only. Submissions provided via email or QTenders will not be considered for evaluation. Tenderers are encouraged to read all relevant documentation located at https://www.energyq.com.au/suppliers
